The WL-117 is a single point load cell manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, designed for capacities ranging from 50kg to 500kg. This single point load cell offers high precision with optional C3 or C4 accuracy classes, good rated output consistency, and the ability to operate in parallel with multiple units. Different cable lengths and other options are available to suit various installation requirements.
With a combined error of 0.015%F.S., non-linearity of 0.02%F.S., and repeatability of 0.015%F.S., this single point load cell delivers reliable accuracy for medium to high capacity weighing. Its rated output is 2.0±0.05mV/V, zero balance is ±0.2%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. Recommended excitation is 5~15 VDC, ensuring stable performance across industrial environments.
The WL-117 single point load cell provides IP65 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings. It operates within a wide temperature range of -30°C to 70°C, and nominal displacement is 0.6~0.9mm depending on load. The standard cable is Φ5mm × 3000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the robust aluminum alloy construction ensures long-term durability.
